All documents, emails, and personal contact information transmitted between the Mod Mentor and the client should be considered confidential and private information. All information will be kept private from third parties unless identity is censored or written consent is provided by the client to share.

Your information will only be shared/disclosed with other parties under the following circumstances:

1. Disclosure is necesseary to prevent harm to yourself or others

2. Legal demands require confidentiality to be released

3. Personal identifying information is removed
